Our certified Home Health Aide/Personal Care Aide team provides crucial support for individuals who need help managing their home environment and performing routine tasks. We offer customized services to meet your specific needs, with visit increments available for as little as 15 minutes up to 24-hour coverage.


Our dedicated aides assist with:
 

  • Personal Hygiene & Grooming: Assistance with bathing, dressing, grooming, and skin care

  • Mobility & Safety: Helping patients move safely, including transfers, ambulation assistance, light exercise, and nighttime support.

  • Meal Planning & Preparation: Assisting with grocery shopping and preparing nutritious meals to meet dietary needs.

  • Light Housekeeping & Organization: Maintaining a safe environment through dusting, vacuuming, laundry services, and general tidying.

  • Medication Reminders: Providing verbal reminders to ensure routine medications are taken on time.

  • Errands & Transportation: Providing accompaniment to outings, running errands, and escorts to appointments.

  • Companionship: Offering meaningful conversation and social engagement to prevent isolation.

  • Medicaid & MLTC: We accept Medicaid and Managed Long Term Care plans such as Nascentia, Fidelis, VNSNY, and iCircle.

  • Veterans Benefits: We contract with the VA for Aide and Attendance benefits.

  • Insurance: We work with Long-Term Health Care Insurance and commercial plans.

  • Private Pay: Affordable shared-aide pricing is available.

  • County Programs: We work with local NHTD (Nursing Home Transition Diversion) and EISEP programs.
