HCR’s Joint Replacement Team offers intensive support and therapy within 24-48 hours of discharge, using an early, intensive physical therapy protocol when a patient comes directly home from the hospital. We have full-time coverage for weekends. Therefore, patients see our Physical Therapists on Saturday or Sunday when the need arises. This will ensure a seamless transition back home early in the rehabilitation process.
